A great piece for any home
- This Tov Dining Table is part of the Leah collection and will look striking as the centerpiece of any room.
Fine craftsmanship
- Flawless execution meets style. Each table is precision made and handcrafted.
Brilliant color contrast
- We love the combination of the gold-colored supports with the rustic wood. It won’t fit every color palette (but it will fit many) and the ones it works for makes this piece pop.
- Handcrafted, but has modern wire management
- Deep mahogany finish
- No assemly required

We love old world charm, but we want modern convenience!
- You don’t need to give up function for form with this piece. It has great measurements, good storage, and wire management.
We love that mahogany!
- The deep finish on this piece is striking and looks incredible when matched to similar wood or in eclectic sets.
Put away your tools, it’s ready
- No assembly required. You get this ready to go when it’s delivered. Couldn’t be easier.
- Authentic, handcrafted wood grain appearance
- No assembly required
- Excellent price for this style

Very good
Each piece is handcrafted, so the grain is unique to you
- Your coffee table will have its own personality, since the grain will be unique to your piece.
Goodbye assembly
- Some handcrafted furniture requires some minor assembly, as it can be better to ship the parts separately. This one saves you the hassle, which is a nice bonus.
Price to value ratio is exceptional
- For this style, finish, and handcrafted (not pseudo-handcrafted where a machine just makes it look like it is), this is a great price.
- Love that old-world charm
- Sturdy and well-made
- We like the deeper mahogany
8.7
Very good
If you like the aesthetic generally..
- You probably love this. It exemplifies the style and it’ll match most era pieces. The mission furniture / arts & crafts furniture style is back in vogue!
A piece to last a lifetime
- Incredible solid and well-made construction. Made from grade A solid mahogany.
Admittedly subjective, but..
- We prefer the deeper finish of the pieces above. This one feels like it would need to more closely match other furniture given its lighter hue. You couldn’t as easily go for the complementary/eclectic look.
- 2 drawers & 30 slots
- No assembly needed
- A little pricey compared to factory-made options

Very good
Teetotaler’s not welcome
- You can store quite a lot of bottles in this incredible piece, plus your odds and ends, wine openers, etc., in the drawers.
No assembly saves a lot of pain
- A big piece like this, with many slots and a large surface area, can be a real hassle to assemble when it comes in parts. Luckily, this is made from solid wood and shipped that way, so you don’t have to do any work at all!
The price is a little steep
- We dinged this one because the price is a bit steep compared to other entries. That said, we can see where they’re coming from with solid mahogany and shipping it as a single piece.
Choosing Handcrafted Furniture
It’s too often these days that companies are mimicking the handcrafted/reclaimed appearance, but in reality the work is done by machines and you’re actually getting replicas/clones of what everyone else is buying from Pottery Barn, etc.! To each, their own, of course, but it’s meaningful to have a piece, just like art, that was handcrafted and is unique to your home in some way: the grain, the finish, the exact style, etc. Furniture can have personality.
When choosing handcrafted furniture, you’ll need to think about – and this may be obvious – the craftsmen. You want to focus on sturdy build quality, as the pieces are expensive and you want them to last one or several lifetimes.
Also, as we mentioned above, some handcrafted pieces still ship in parts. This is done for one of two reasons. Sometimes it is safer to ship parts separately given things move during transit and sometimes it’s cheaper for you/the business to ship in parts. One isn’t necessarily better than the other, but it comes down to your willingness to put things together. The last thing you want is to end up with the final stages of assembly making your handcrafted piece seem unstable or poorly assembled. This is one of the reasons we weighted fully assembled pieces highly. Like art – we want the finished piece, not a paint by numbers.
At the end of the day, choose a piece that speaks to you and complements the rest of your design and you’ll have something that will last nearly forever!
